  • Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, mats are available but I suggest the students get there own for personal hygiene and its nice to have your own space and build up the energies with your own mat. Also great for home practice.

  • Arrive to class at least 5 minutes before to settle in

  • Switch off your mobile phones before entering the class

  • Leave your shoes kindly outside the door but bring other personal belongings in to the room

  • If you feel unwell in the class or have any new health conditions please inform the instructor immediately

  • Water is available or bring your own. Other drinks are not recommended whilist practicing Yoga.
